A FIFA influencer, RaatjeFC, has posted 6 maps on Reddit showing the best players from each country based on their potential in FIFA games since 2007.
This list includes players with the highest potential scores, determining how good they could become in the game.
RaatjeFC noted that if two players had the same score, the player from the earlier edition was highlighted.

Kylian Mbappé tops the list for France with a potential score of 95. Norway’s best is Erling Haaland with 94, while Cristiano Ronaldo leads for Portugal with 95.
Germany’s top player is Oliver Kahn, a legendary goalkeeper, with a score of 93. Brazil sees Ronaldinho with 95, and Sweden has Zlatan Ibrahimović at 93.
Surprisingly, David Villa is Spain’s best with a 94 potential score.
The biggest shock is that Jadon Sancho, not Jude Bellingham or Harry Kane, is the highest potential English player with a score of 94. This is surprising given his struggles at Manchester United. In contrast, Mohamed Salah, crucial to Liverpool’s success, only reached a potential score of 91.
The list also highlights players who were highly regarded but didn’t fully meet expectations. Giovani dos Santos from Mexico had a potential score of 91, while Marouane Chamakh from Morocco had 90. James Rodriguez from Colombia once had a potential score of 93.
The highest potential score ever recorded in FIFA history is Lionel Messi‘s 97, making him the top player overall.
