FIFA 22 Early Access – How to play FIFA Ultimate Team early

EA SPORTS will give players FIFA 22 early access with their EA Play subscriptions: FUT, Career Mode & other game modes included in the trial.

The countdown has started. FIFA 22 officially launches worldwide this Fall across PlayStation 5, Xbox Serie X|S, PlayStation 4, Xbox One, PC and Nintendo Switch (legacy edition). The game will be out everywhere at the same time.

FIFA 22 is predicted to be released on October 8, 2021, but you can play the game earlier by pre-ordering it, or even from September 30 if you are a member of EA Play service.

Pre-Order Special Editions

By pre-ordering the FIFA 22 (only Champions and Ultimate Editions), you can download, receive and play FIFA 22 three days in advance, which means you can download and play FIFA 22 on September 30, 2021 (to be confirmed).

The game is expected to be will be available from September 30 for pre-loading and will be playable from October 5 at 12am (your store region’s time).

FIFA 22 pre-order is predicted to be available from 17 June to 8 October.

Pre-order Early Access is not available for the Standard Edition of FIFA 22.

EA Play (EA Access) Membership

EA Play and Origin Access members are eligible to download and play FIFA 22 on September 30, 2021.

EA Play is available on Xbox, Playstation, Origin and Steam platforms. The membership will allow you to download and play ten hours of FIFA 22 gameplay one week in advance.

The game is available to pre-load and play from 30 September 2021 (6pm UK) on EA Play app.


The early access to FIFA 22 for EA Play members will be limited to 10 hours of gameplay from 30 Sept to 8 Oct. After 8 Oct, you can continue playing it only if you have already purchased or pre-ordered a copy of FIFA 22.
